Aperol Spritz

Aperol originated in the early 1900´s in Padua, Italy. This is a light liquor consisting of infused herbs and roots which gives flavors of orange and rhubarb.

The Aperol Spritz or just Spritz is a classic summer cocktail that is best if enjoyed with friends and accompanied with something to nibble.

Ingredients:

1 bottle of Aperol Spritz

1 bottle of Prosecco

Fizzy water

Orange slices

Preparation:

Fill a wine glass with ice cubes.

Add equal parts of Aperol and prosecco followed by a splash of soda/fizzy water and softly stir.

Garnish with a slice of orange.
