Avocado and Feta Toast

Who doesn´t love avocado? Avocados are a great source of healthy fats and nutrients. This creamy and delicious fruit is so great on salads, guacamole, or on top of toast.


Avocado on toast is a very easy dish that you can prepare for breakfast or as a snack and you will be sure to have the perfect meal in just a few minutes!


Ingredients:


1 avocado

1/2 lime juice

Pink of oregano

Crumbled Feta Cheese

1/2 teaspoon of sesame seeds

2 slices of whole grain bread or any bread you like


Instructions:


In a small bowl combine the avocado, oregano, lime juice and salt to taste.


Toast the slices of bread until crispy.


Spread the avocado on each slice of bread. Add the crumbled Feta cheese and sprinkle with sesame seed. Drizzle with olive oil.


Tip: You can also substitute the feta cheese and add a poached egg instead to top your avocado toast. Also a delicious option!
