Who doesn´t love chocolate? This brownies are nothing else but delicious and all you need is a few minutes to make them and the result is this chewy and very chocolaty brownies.
Makes 24 brownies
Ingredients:
1 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup of all purpose flour
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of white sugar
4 eggs (room temperature)
1 cup of butter (melted)
1 tablespoon of vanilla
1 pinch of salt
1 cup of chopped dark chocolate (divide in two)
Preparation:
Start by preheating the oven at 176° Celsius / 350° Fahrenheit
Grease a baking pan (23 X 33 cm) with butter and then line with parchment paper, leaving the edges hanging for easy removal.
Sift the flour and the cocoa into a bowl.
Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces.
In a separate bowl mix the melted butter, brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Then stir in the sifted flour and cocoa. Add the pinch of salt and mix well. Finally fold in half of the chopped dark chocolate into the mixture.
Add the mixture to your baking pan, spread evenly and sprinkle the remaining chopped dark chocolate on top.
Place in the middle of the oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes.
Remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool. Cut into squares and enjoy!
*If not eating immediately, you can store in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
