Roasted Cauliflower

With this recipe you can be sure to transform the ordinary cauliflower into a dish full of delicious flavors. When roasting vegetables the taste can be so different and especially with cauliflower the golden crispy pieces taste so delicious that you won´t be able to stop eating it.


Ingredients:


1 large Cauliflower

3 tablespoons of Olive oil

1/3 cup Panko bread crumbs or plain bread crumbs

1 clove of Garlic (minced)

1/4 Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon of dried parsley

Salt

Fresh ground Pepper


Instructions:


Preheat the oven at 210 Celcius / 410 Farenheit


Line a baking sheet with foil paper.


Cut the cauliflower into small florets and place them in a bowl. Sprinkle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss until all the cauliflower is coated.


In a small bowl mix olive oil, panko bread crumbs, dried parsley, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until you create a thick


Spread the florets in the baking sheet and top with the bread crumb mixture.


Roast for 20-25 minutes.
